July 15, 2008 -- The Coalition and the Division for Historic Preservation have received a 2008 Award of Merit for Leadership in History from the American Association for State and Local History. Read the press release.

July 1, 2007 -- The Coalition helped support the grand opening celebration of the new Baldwin Interpretive Trail, as 130 visitors and dignitaries joined the celebration. Among the highlights of the day was the performance by Atlantic Crossing of their new ballad "Mount Independence."

May 14, 2007 -- State historic sites in the Champlain region open on Saturday, May 26th. Read the press release.
